Refund policy

The short version

You have 60 days from the day your Vigor Boost order is delivered to ask for a refund of the purchase price. Opened and part-used bottles are accepted. You pay return postage, we pay the refund.

Who this covers

This policy covers Vigor Boost orders placed at vigorboostgummy.com and paid for through our checkout. It does not cover bottles bought from a marketplace, a reseller or any other website, because we did not ship those and cannot verify what is in them.

Starting a return

Email [email protected] with the order number and a line saying you want a refund. We reply with the return address, usually the same business day. There is no form to fill in and you do not need to speak to anyone on the phone.

What you send back

Return whatever bottles you still have, sealed or opened, in packaging that will survive the post. Include a note with your order number inside the box so we can match the return to your order. Return postage is paid by the customer.

If you ordered a multi bottle pack and want to keep some of it, send back only what you want refunded and we will refund those bottles at the per bottle price you paid.

Digital bonuses

The two digital guides included with the three and six bottle packs are yours to keep. Their value is not deducted from your refund.

How the money comes back

We process refunds within one business day of the return arriving at our warehouse, back to the card used for the original payment. Most banks post it within five business days, though a small number take up to ten. Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If a package arrives damaged or containing the wrong pack, email [email protected] with a photo within seven days of delivery. We replace it at our cost and you do not need to return anything first.

Limits

The guarantee is intended to let a genuine customer try the product without risk. We reserve the right to decline repeated refunds on repeated orders from the same customer or address where the pattern makes clear the guarantee is being used as a way to obtain free product.
