What we collect

When you browse this site we collect ordinary technical information: the pages you view, the approximate region your connection resolves to, your browser and device type, and the site that referred you. When you order, our checkout collects the name, email, phone number and delivery address needed to ship the product.

We do not collect health information, we do not ask you what you are taking the product for, and there is no account to create.

Payment information

We never see your full card number. Card details are entered into and processed by our payment provider, which is PCI DSS compliant. What reaches us is a confirmation of payment, the last four digits and the card brand, which is what we need to issue a refund.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the checkout to function, plus basic aggregate analytics that tell us which pages people read before they order. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store pages will still work, though checkout may not.

Who we share it with

Three categories only: the payment processor that takes your money, the carrier that delivers your box, and the fulfilment centre that packs it. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data to anyone, ever, and we do not pass your email to advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax and consumer protection law requires it. Marketing email addresses are removed as soon as you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for 26 months.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except for the order records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you specifically which ones those are.

Every marketing email carries a one click unsubscribe. Transactional emails about an order you placed are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while the order is open.

Children

This store sells an adult product and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, where the change affects existing customers, tell them by email.
