Delivery, returns and how to reach us
Vigor Boost ships from our United States warehouse within one business day. Three to seven business days in transit, free on the three and six bottle packs, and 60 days to send it back if you change your mind.
Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00pm Central Time on a business day leave the same day. Anything later goes out the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is created, which is usually before the box physically leaves.
Transit is three to seven business days to most United States addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and rural delivery routes can add a couple of days. Shipping is free on the three and six bottle packs; the single bottle carries a shipping charge shown at checkout before you pay.
Packages arrive in a plain box. The return address is in our company name, not the product name, and nothing on the outside tells anyone what is inside.
If your package is late
Give it two business days past the tracking estimate, since carrier scans lag. After that, email us with your order number and we will chase it. If a package is genuinely lost we reship at our cost rather than sending you to argue with the carrier.
Returns, step by step
- Email us within 60 days of delivery. Send your order number to [email protected] and say you would like a refund. No form, no phone queue.
- We send you the return address. Usually the same business day, always within one.
- Post the bottles back. Opened, part-used or untouched, all fine. Return postage is paid by you.
- We refund the purchase price. Processed within one business day of the package arriving, back to the card you paid with. Most banks post it within five business days.
